Um movimento artístico que começou nas ruas de São Paulo

Desde 2005, a arte das estátuas vivas faz parte da paisagem urbana e cultural do Brasil. Tudo começou comigo, Marcello Zago, nas ruas do centro de São Paulo — Rua 15 de Novembro, Praça Patriarca, Avenida Paulista e Parque do Ibirapuera.

Colocávamos uma ânfora ao nosso lado, onde as pessoas podiam contribuir espontaneamente. Era a maneira que encontrávamos para sustentar a arte — com dignidade e respeito ao público. 🎨

Do encontro com outros artistas à criação do primeiro site

Com o tempo, conheci grandes nomes da arte da estátua viva: Potenza, Rodolfo Valentino, Zilda, Azerutan… todos com trajetórias inspiradoras. Passamos a viajar juntos para outras cidades e, no verão, íamos para o litoral, sempre levando nossa arte.

Em 2006, me uni ao Potenza e colocamos o nosso primeiro site no ar: www.estatuaviva.com.br. Esse domínio está no ar até hoje e foi responsável por levar nossas performances para festas, casamentos, eventos corporativos, feiras e muito mais. 💻

Reconhecimento nacional e internacional

Em 2007, participamos do primeiro festival de estátuas vivas em Curitiba. No final daquele mesmo ano, tive a honra de ser entrevistado no lendário Programa do Jô, um marco importante para divulgar o nosso trabalho.

No ano seguinte, em 2008, viajei com o Rodolfo e o Potenza para representar o Brasil em um festival internacional na Argentina. Foi uma experiência inesquecível que levou nossa arte para além das fronteiras. 🌎

De performance nas ruas para eventos profissionais

Entre 2006 e 2012, nos apresentamos ativamente em ruas, praças e eventos, sempre com o apoio do público e da mídia. Mas com o tempo, percebemos que a contribuição nas ruas já não sustentava como antes, e começamos a focar nos eventos contratados via site.

Durante esse período, também participamos de vários programas de televisão e reportagens especiais que ajudaram a divulgar nosso trabalho artístico. 📺
